About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Design and Partnerships Lead to join our Partnerships and Communities Team at Community Integrated Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to create impactful partnerships and programmes that add real value to our charity and the lives of the people we support.
  • Design exceptional projects and partnerships that drive social impact.
  • Provide strongly designed project models and roadmaps to our Delivery team, who directly implement our work.
  • Manage a portfolio of relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Analyse our work to continually improve our impact and inform our strategy.
  • Act as a leader and further our strategy, working closely with our Director of Partnerships and Communities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role working with large commercial brands and partners designing programmes of work with a social impact.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision.
  • Ability to identify, design and scope a range of scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects across diverse themes.
  • Skilled at building relationships for impactful partnerships and collaborations.
  • Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to understand what influential businesses, funders and people want and need from our charity.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work productively with others, identify shared goals, and inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent presentation, copywriting, and research skills, with the ability to co-produce concepts and engage the people we support.
