Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage daily with Salesforce CRM Analytics and Snowflake.
  • Collaborate with fellow analysts and management to produce accessible, pertinent, and actionable analyses utilizing diverse data sources.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on essential customer KPIs to comprehend the factors influencing their performance.
  • Examine extensive data sets to deliver business insights that inform targeted customer engagement strategies.
  • Develop Einstein Analytics (EA) and Power BI dashboards, oversee user access, and provide training for new users.
  • Partner closely with the Customer Analytics Manager to establish and uphold the analytics roadmap that aligns with both short- and long-term objectives.
  • Lead analytics initiatives, demonstrating comfort in navigating ambiguity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an analyst in data-centric organizations.
  • Proficient in SQL or Python, with strong capabilities in at least one visualization tool (Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Solid understanding of SAQL and experience in constructing Salesforce Einstein Analytics dashboards.
  • Proven track record of managing large, intricate datasets from various sources (e.g., digital, transactional, marketing) and the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of core KPIs for evaluating success (uplift/incremental calculations, experience in designing, utilizing, and maintaining control groups).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and data aggregation.
  • Strong time management abilities: Capable of meeting deadlines while juggling multiple priorities.
