Job Opportunity: Senior Customer Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Data Analyst to join our Customer Analytics Team at Selfridges. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and dashboards using Salesforce CRM Analytics and Snowflake to provide business-critical insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on key customer KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure effective use of analytics tools and platforms.
  • Lead analytics projects, driving results-oriented solutions that meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-driven organization, with a strong background in data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent SQL and Python skills, with experience in using at least one visualization tool (Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
  • Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and transform data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
