Selfridges is seeking a talented Customer Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to uncover valuable insights from customer data, driving strategic decision-making and shaping the future of our customer engagement strategies.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM Analytics and Snowflake to extract meaningful insights from diverse data sources.
  • Collaborate with analysts and managers to develop accessible, actionable reports and analyses that inform key business decisions.
  • Provide comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on critical customer performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and drivers of success.
  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights that fuel targeted customer engagement campaigns.
  • Construct insightful dashboards using Einstein Analytics (EA) and Power BI, ensuring user access management and delivering training to new users.
  • Work closely with the Customer Analytics Manager to define and maintain the analytics roadmap, aligning with both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Lead analytical projects, demonstrating adaptability and comfort in navigating ambiguity.
Your Profile:
  • Possess 2+ years of practical experience as an analyst within data-driven organizations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SQL or Python, coupled with expertise in at least one visualization tool (Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Exhibit strong SAQL knowledge and experience building Salesforce Einstein Analytics dashboards.
  • Showcase a proven track record of handling large, complex datasets from various sources (e.g., digital data, transactional data, marketing data) and transforming them into actionable insights.
  • Possess a deep understanding of core KPIs for measuring success, including uplift/incremental calculations and experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining control groups.
  • Master Excel skills, including pivot tables and data aggregation.
  • Exhibit exceptional time management abilities, effectively meeting deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for customer-centricity, driven by a desire to enhance the customer experience through data-driven insights.
  • Maintain impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
