Are you an experienced Customer Insights Analyst with a strong background in CX Analytics? We are looking for a professional with comprehensive expertise in exploratory and descriptive data analysis to join our Customer Experience Data team.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in business intelligence and data analysis (exploratory and descriptive).
- Expertise in Advanced SQL and data visualization platforms.
- Capability to independently create and manipulate datasets.
- Familiarity with SaaS tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, and Multivariate Testing platforms.
- Strong time management abilities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams, including business leaders, product managers, software engineers, and data scientists.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with data modeling tools like Dataform or dbt.
- Knowledge of BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, Looker, and Terraform.
- Background in customer support analytics or customer experience analytics.
Team Collaboration and Work Environment:
As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Data Analyst and work alongside other analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers within the Customer Experience Product teams.
Your Responsibilities and Impact:
- Engage with business and product teams to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Transform complex datasets into actionable insights and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.
- Conduct advanced data modeling and partner with software engineers on event definitions.
- Serve as a data subject matter expert in your domain.
- Drive optimization and experimentation within analytics.
- Create high-quality visual representations and manage strategic dashboards.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to develop robust data models.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior data analysts.
