About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Customer Insights Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving customer engagement, reducing churn, and boosting profitability. You will leverage your data analysis expertise to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with data and analytics teams to develop innovative tools and solutions.
  • Work hand-in-hand with senior stakeholders within Customer Success to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Take ownership of data enrichment and reporting infrastructure, ensuring its accuracy and efficiency.
  • Define and maintain key business metrics that align with Deel's overall objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive customer success performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build insightful customer-centric data models and dashboards that visualize key trends and patterns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with data modeling and metrics design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with dbt and LookML.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms like Gainsight.
  • Skills in version control tools such as GitHub.
  • Prior experience in customer analytics.
