Responsibilities- Analyze customer churn rates and engagement levels to identify key characteristics and drivers of customer behavior.
- Interpret trends in customer data to understand how they evolve over time and anticipate future needs.
- Develop actionable recommendations for tracking customer engagement, segmenting customers based on their profiles and behaviors, and optimizing training programs accordingly.
- 2-5 years of experience analyzing customer data within B2B or membership/subscription businesses is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw meaningful insights from complex datasets.
