LEAD INSIGHT ANALYST

SALARY: UP TO £60,000

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

In the capacity of Lead Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for deriving actionable intelligence through comprehensive analysis of a prestigious organization's audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary duties of the Lead Insight Analyst will encompass:

  • Performing thorough analyses to cultivate a foundational comprehension of customer behavior and loyalty metrics.
  • Executing evaluations across CRM initiatives, including A/B testing to ascertain campaign effectiveness.
  • Leading the insights generation regarding site performance, emphasizing attendance metrics, demographic insights, and revenue optimization.
  • Overseeing and refining reporting functions across multiple teams, with a focus on business intelligence and dashboard implementation.
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders by collecting requirements from various departments and customizing reporting and analysis to fulfill their unique needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate for the Lead Insight Analyst position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python.
  • Expertise in utilizing business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing customer behavior, retention, acquisition, churn, and loyalty, along with reporting on marketing campaign performance.
