Market Insight Analyst – Retail Sector – Competitive Salary + Bonus, Benefits + Flexible Work Arrangement

Our client, a leading and innovative retail organization, is seeking a detail-oriented Market Insight Analyst to become part of their expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in research, data analysis, or insights who are eager to leverage data to shape business strategies and influence decision-making processes.

As a Market Insight Analyst, you will be instrumental in uncovering valuable insights into market trends and consumer behavior, which will guide strategic initiatives and future business directions. Collaborating closely with the Strategic Insight Lead, you will collect consumer data and key performance indicators to create comprehensive datasets and reports for various stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will also include supporting market and customer data analysis, managing supplier partnerships, and overseeing research projects. With your exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, you will effectively distill complex data into clear insights, presented in both written and verbal formats.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in qualitative or quantitative research is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
  • Ability to interpret data and produce insightful reports
  • Experience with PowerBI is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
  • Proficient in networking with stakeholders across various levels
