About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trends Analyst to join our team at Mintel. As a Trends Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting market research to identify product and marketing innovations in North and South America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and innovations in the consumer goods industry.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of consumer behavior and preferences in North and South America.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends and patterns in consumer behavior.
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in North and South America.
