About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Trends Analyst to join our team in London. As a key member of our trends team, you will play a critical role in driving initiatives that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and product engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and communicating data and insights in commercial settings
  • Connecting insights with business outcomes to support our team and commercial teams in building a strong business case for client engagement and sales opportunities
  • Working with clients or commercial teams, with any account management or client support experience
  • Understanding a client's unique needs and asking the right questions
  • Thinking creatively with data, exploring unconventional approaches and challenging assumptions
