We are currently on the lookout for a seasoned Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to manage the upkeep of our prestigious client’s properties.

This essential position plays a vital role in ensuring peak building performance, effectively leading maintenance teams, and enhancing operational efficiency in a vital setting.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance strategies for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, infrastructure, and other essential systems, ensuring optimal functionality and dependability. Perform detailed inspections to proactively detect and swiftly resolve potential maintenance concerns, minimizing any possible interruptions. Effectively oversee and coordinate scheduled maintenance, repairs, and urgent requests to reduce operational disruptions. Provide guidance and mentorship to the maintenance team, promoting a high-performance culture through impactful training and development programs. Work closely with facility management and stakeholders to synchronize maintenance initiatives with operational needs. Identify, manage, and assess third-party service providers to enhance service delivery and achieve cost efficiency. Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance tasks, work orders, equipment history, and related expenses to enable effective tracking and analysis. Continuously refine maintenance processes to boost efficiency and lower operational costs. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to uphold a secure working environment. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in maintenance management to foster ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

Degree in Facilities Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in the real estate sector. Comprehensive understanding of building systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices. Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities, ensuring seamless operations. Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving maintenance issues. Proficiency in maintenance management software and CAFM systems to enhance operational efficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective stakeholder engagement.
