About The Role
As a key member of the Customer Solutions team, you will play a vital role in managing a dynamic workload. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing incoming tasks and addressing queries efficiently.
- Overseeing the distribution of cases within the department to ensure equitable workload among team members.
- Performing administrative duties to support the overall function of the department.
