Job DescriptionAbout the Role

Motability Operations is seeking a skilled Agency Analyst to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. As an Agency Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the Customer Accounts Department, reporting directly to the Customer and Agency Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating a weekly/monthly set of reports, such as the monthly MI Package, to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Collaborating with the Customer and Agency Manager to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to generate high-quality reports and presentations.
