Administrative Support Specialist

Job Overview
The role involves delivering extensive administrative and secretarial assistance to the team within the Supported Accommodation sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all clerical and administrative tasks for the team, ensuring precise and effective support.
- Handle general administrative duties related to personnel matters.
- Assist management with the oversight of financial aspects such as rent monitoring, procurement, and other fiscal responsibilities.
- Address inquiries regarding Temporary Accommodation and Sheltered Housing Services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar administrative capacity within a dynamic office setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience in tracking financial transactions and utilizing financial management systems.
- Relevant qualifications in Business and Administration, with a minimum of 4 SQA National 5 grades or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
