Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facilities Support Specialist to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including completing various tasks as required and assigned.
  • Support the reception team as needed, ensuring seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
  • Manage site access requests and communicate effectively with contractors, sites, and the Central Hub.
  • Coordinate the distribution of SSM-approved RAMS and documentation, maintain share drive control, and ensure archiving and reporting are up-to-date.
  • Support the Line Manager with month-end data collation and provide accurate reports.
  • Conduct periodic health and safety checks as requested and report any incidents or irregularities.
  • Report customer complaints and compliments, and take remedial action when possible.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
