We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Robertson Group. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the Business Support Manager and contribute to the efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain accurate records and files
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and projects
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and phone coverage
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business or office environment
