Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to join our Administration Team in supporting the front-line Housing Needs Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to the Housing Needs Teams.
  • Process Housing Applications in accordance with set standards and agreed targets.
  • Process Homeless Applications in accordance with set standards and agreed targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment using relevant technology and equipment.
  • Clerical/administration/typing experience.
  • Experience of utilising a range of computer packages including Microsoft Office, Excel and Access.
  • 4 SQA standard grades or equivalent at Level 3 or above including English.
  • Recognised word processing qualification.
