Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Administration Team, providing essential support to the Housing Needs division.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver clerical assistance to the Housing Needs Teams.

- Manage Housing Applications following established standards and targets.

- Handle Homeless Applications in line with set criteria and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in a fast-paced office setting, utilizing relevant technology and equipment.

- Background in clerical work, administration, or typing.

- Proficiency in various computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Access.

- Minimum of 4 SQA standard grades or equivalent at Level 3 or higher, including English.

- Recognized qualification in word processing.

Employment Details

- This is a temporary position for a minimum duration of approximately 6 months.

- Salary: £23, per year, equivalent to £12.59 per hour.

- Weekly working hours: 36.25.
