Join AmSpec Group as a Regional Commercial Desk Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the coordination of sales, marketing, tender, and commercial initiatives within the designated region. This role involves collaboration with various Managers and Account Managers to effectively drive business strategies and respond to market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating Commercial, Marketing, and Sales operations
  • Managing tender processes and pricing agreements
  • Building and nurturing relationships with significant clients while addressing their feedback
  • Conducting market analysis and monitoring industry trends
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Representing the organization at industry events and engaging with clients
  • Overseeing special projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 5 years in a comparable position, with at least 3 years in the TIC sector
  • Exceptional time management skills and meticulous attention to detail

Essential Skills:

  • Active participation in country/regional teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages preferred
  • Competence in relevant software applications
  • Commitment to Health & Safety regulations
