The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to maximize sales performance and growth.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Train and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales objectives.
  • Retail Partner Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring they are well-supported and aligned with our sales objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with the project team to monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.

Requirements:

  • Strong Leadership and People Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to Analyze Market Trends and Consumer Behavior: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
