**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Commercial team at Qatar Airways. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our offline sales efforts in the European market, driving revenue growth and maximizing our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales action plans to maximize Qatar Airways' presence in offline countries in the region.
  • Provide strategic direction to our offline sales team and work with local field sales to optimize revenue and improve market presence.
  • Collaborate with Head Office, Alliances, Revenue Management, and Regional Marketing to develop new markets and ensure commercial profitability.
  • Identify and develop new markets, and maximize offline opportunities as they present on our expanded network.
  • Accountable for strategic direction of Qatar Airways Corporate/Trade and Leisure Sales, defining the optimal way to increase sales.
  • Responsible for delivering sales revenue, maximizing return from existing offline markets, and monitoring performance and activity of key competitors.
  • Optimize corporate deals, sales, and marketing agreements in the area.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of the aviation/travel industry.
  • Excellent organizational, budgetary, and planning skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
