Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in the North England and Scotland regions.
  • Lead and manage a team of 10 sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trade Sales, Specification, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to deliver commercial objectives and targets.
