About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ToTaCo - B2B Sales Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client's market share in the commercial washroom solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, including timber and plumber's merchants and contractors
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice on commercial washroom solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales services
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales within the washroom industry
  • Experience working with timber and/or plumber's merchants and contractors
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand client needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
