Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at 2coms. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in your assigned territory.

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills and knowledge of the steel pipe industry.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
