Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our client's team, a well-established and trusted name in the commercial washroom solutions industry. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company's market share across the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including timber and plumber's merchants and contractors
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice on commercial washroom solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the washroom industry
  • Experience working with timber and/or plumber's merchants and contractors
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
