About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Leader to join our EMEA Data Solutions team at Aon. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our core product solutions and leading a team of exceptional sales managers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategy and Planning: Develop a sales strategy for the region and various markets, aligning with the overall regional commercial goals and global revenue plans.
  2. People Management: Manage and grow a team of sales managers, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  3. Business Management: Forecast revenue, manage sales pipelines, and establish best-in-class sales processes to minimize administrative time and maximize client experience.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in sales management, including coaching and pipeline management.
  2. Professional services/consulting/SAAS experience is a plus.
