Procurement Coordinator

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the management of new residential construction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the procurement process from inception to completion for new residential projects.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors concerning purchasing activities.
- Assist the Procurement Manager with various buying and purchasing tasks.
- Ensure proper documentation for contracts and facilitate the introduction of new products.
- Demonstrate experience in procurement roles within the housing development or main contracting sectors.
Proficiency in procurement software is required.
