About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solar PV Project Manager to join our client's team. This role will be based in Chester, with potential for travel in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate and oversee the installation of solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services to meet project requirements.
  • Schedule and supervise on-site activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs to ensure the project stays within budget.
  • Lead and coordinate the project team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team performance to achieve project goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed on-site.

Requirements

  • Previous project management experience in electrical or civils background.
