About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Management Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contractor Management: Select and appoint contractors to complete statutory requirements, such as fire safety, electrical, and groundskeeping tasks.
  • Cleaning Operations: Supervise and manage cleaning services to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Create and maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Facilities Budget Management: Oversee the facilities budget and manage quotations to achieve best value.
  • Support to EHS Function: Assist the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) function with audits, inspections, and waste management.
  • Process Development: Create, review, and update critical facilities management processes.
  • Supply Chain Management: Support the procurement of office and cleaning materials, and maintain good stock levels.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of experience in a facilities management role or similar position.
  • Qualifications: Qualifications in facilities management, business process, or property management are advantageous.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and document management skills. Proficient in Microsoft and third-party applications. Ability to work to tight timescales and prioritize workload.
