Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Complete Talent Services Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide on-site technical support to clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their equipment.
  2. Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery, ensuring it meets the required standards.
  3. Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity.
  4. Conduct routine and reactive maintenance on equipment, including fault finding and rectification.
  5. Deliver operational and maintenance training to client staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to operate equipment effectively.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience working in a maintenance role within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  3. Experience working with Siemens S7 PLCs is highly advantageous.
  4. Time served and qualified in Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of NVQ Level 3.
  5. 17th or 18th Edition certification would be advantageous.
  6. Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively with clients.
  7. Willingness to travel to sites across the UK and Ireland as required.
