Event Portfolio Strategist

About the Role
Lead the strategic direction and development of a dynamic event portfolio, ensuring alignment with RX's vision and overarching strategy. Cultivate a high-performing team culture while driving growth and new commercial opportunities across the portfolio through a strategic approach to market and business development.
Responsibilities- Champion exceptional customer service standards throughout all operations.
- Forge and manage key partnerships with stakeholders, proactively building and nurturing relationships.
- Define priorities within the portfolio, strategically guiding growth and development initiatives.
- Deliver on strategic targets and annual budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with organizational goals.
- Embed a customer-centric, commercially focused approach into all business processes and activities.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in a senior leadership role within the events industry or a related field.
- Possess a proven track record in strategic planning, portfolio management, and business development.
- Exhibit expertise in managing large teams and driving organizational change initiatives.
- Demonstrate experience in developing and managing partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
