About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Engagement Lead to join our team at Reed Exhibitions Limited Company. As a key member of our RXUK business unit, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering engaging content across multiple channels to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to align with our marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality content projects.
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns and content across various channels, including website, email, PPC, social media, and blog.
  • Work closely with the event team to create and manage event and onsite social media plans.
  • Optimize website content for user journey and SEO optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze data to refine and improve content performance.
  • Translate the brand into the live onsite experience for our customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creating compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and tone.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve content performance.
  • Experience with social media platforms and creating content for them.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and ability to incorporate them into content strategy.
