Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development and Execution: Design and oversee comprehensive campaign strategies that encompass both digital and traditional channels to meet specified business goals.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation to maximize returns.
  • Performance Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct in-depth evaluations of campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to enhance ROI and guide future strategies.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Maintain close operational alignment with the Content Lead and Creative team to ensure campaign coherence with brand and content strategies.
  • Market and Audience Analysis: Leverage market research and audience segmentation insights, in collaboration with the Data Operations Manager, to effectively tailor campaigns to target demographics.

Shared Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel Campaign Design: Work alongside Marketing Managers and Content teams to create and execute multi-channel campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Campaign Activation Strategies: Collaborate on the development of campaign activation strategies, including clearly defined outcomes, with the Content & Engagement Executive and Marketing Manager.
  • Audience Targeting: Partner with the Data Operations Manager to establish precise audience targeting strategies that enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Digital Asset Coordination: Collaborate with the Content & Engagement Manager and Content Lead to ensure proper management and utilization of digital assets, adhering to established guidelines.
