Position Overview

The Marketing Campaign Strategist plays a crucial role in our organization, managing the design, implementation, and evaluation of our promotional initiatives. This professional is tasked with orchestrating all elements of the campaign lifecycle for a designated portfolio of events, integrating both inbound and outbound strategies across various paid and owned media platforms.

By developing detailed financial plans and performing thorough performance assessments and return on investment (ROI) evaluations, the Marketing Campaign Strategist significantly influences the strategic trajectory of our promotional endeavors. Working in close partnership with the Content Lead and Creative team, this position ensures streamlined operations and maximizes the effectiveness of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development and Implementation: Formulate and oversee comprehensive campaign strategies that encompass both digital and traditional marketing channels to meet specific business goals.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to enhance returns.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Execute in-depth evaluations of campaign outcomes, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ROI and guide future initiatives.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Maintain a close operational relationship with the Content Lead and Creative team to ensure campaign consistency with brand and content objectives.
  • Market Research and Audience Analysis: Leverage market intelligence and audience segmentation data, in collaboration with the Data Operations Manager, to effectively tailor campaigns to target demographics.

Shared Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel Campaign Coordination: Partner with Marketing Managers and Content teams to create and execute multi-channel campaigns that resonate with intended audiences.
  • Campaign Activation Strategies: Collaborate in the development of campaign activation strategies, including clearly defined outcomes, with the Content & Engagement Executive and Marketing Manager.
  • Audience Targeting: Work alongside the Data Operations Manager to establish precise audience targeting strategies that enhance campaign reach and impact.
  • Digital Asset Oversight: Collaborate with the Content & Engagement Manager and Content Lead to ensure proper management and utilization of digital assets, adhering to established protocols.
