Campaign Manager Job Description

The Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns, overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of our exhibition and event marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive campaign plans, encompassing both digital and traditional channels, to achieve targeted business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Craft and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize returns.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed analyses of campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain a close operational interlock with the Content Lead and Creative team, ensuring campaign alignment with brand and content strategies.
  • Market and Audience Insights: Utilize market research and audience segmentation insights, in collaboration with the Data Operations Manager, to tailor campaigns effectively to target audiences.
Shared Accountabilities:
  • Multi-channel Campaign Planning: Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Content teams to design and implement multi-channel campaigns and programs that resonate with target audiences.
  • Campaign Activation Plans: Co-create campaign activation plans, including defined outcomes, with the Content & Engagement Executive and Marketing Manager.
  • Audience Segmentation: Partner with the Data Operations Manager to define precise audience segmentation strategies that enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Digital Asset Management: Work with the Content & Engagement Manager and Content Lead to ensure the correct upload and usage of digital assets, adhering to established guidelines.
