Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development and Execution: Formulate and oversee comprehensive campaign strategies that integrate both digital and traditional channels to meet specific business goals.
  • Financial Oversight: Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize returns.
  • Performance Evaluation and Reporting: Execute in-depth analyses of campaign outcomes, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to enhance ROI and guide future initiatives.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Maintain a close operational partnership with the Content Lead and Creative team, ensuring campaign alignment with brand and content objectives.
  • Market Research and Audience Analysis: Leverage market research and audience segmentation insights, in collaboration with the Data Operations Manager, to effectively tailor campaigns to target demographics.

Shared Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel Campaign Design: Work alongside Marketing Managers and Content teams to create and execute multi-channel campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Campaign Activation Strategies: Collaborate on the development of campaign activation plans, including defined outcomes, with the Content & Engagement Executive and Marketing Manager.
  • Audience Targeting: Partner with the Data Operations Manager to establish precise audience segmentation strategies that enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Digital Asset Oversight: Collaborate with the Content & Engagement Manager and Content Lead to ensure proper management and utilization of digital assets, adhering to established guidelines.
