Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement both internal and external events
  • Collaborate with Global Communications Events for industry-related gatherings
  • Oversee event logistics, branding, and promotional materials
  • Secure keynote speakers and provide on-site assistance
  • Administer the marketing budget and manage invoicing
  • Coordinate with partners for experiential marketing solutions
  • Facilitate executive webinars and perform event assessments

Qualifications and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate event management
  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Understanding of event sustainability and risk management practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous
