The Marketing division is seeking a highly driven and seasoned marketing professional to join our team. This position entails the creation and management of comprehensive brand and communication initiatives while collaborating with a diverse array of global stakeholders both within and outside the Marketing division.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Global Events to oversee premier industry and Sabre-hosted events, including planning, logistics, attendance, presentations, and branding efforts. Organize and implement all internal and external customer-focused events. Conduct intake sessions to assess internal requirements for executing successful events aimed at enhancing brand visibility, establishing thought leadership, and providing a platform for the sales and account teams. Deliver experiential marketing services for Premier Partners, including the development of marketing benefits and communication strategies for meetings and engagements. Manage the procurement, logistics, and distribution of marketing branded materials and giveaways to create comprehensive event packages for the sales team at regional and customer events. Secure speakers for both on-site and virtual speaking engagements, collaborating with the brand manager to develop presentations and speaking points. Host executive webinars, including All Hands meetings and Fireside Chats. Oversee all invoicing related to the marketing budget.

Qualifications and Educational Background

A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience in marketing. 5-7 years of experience in experiential marketing and corporate event management. Ability to formulate event marketing strategies by understanding target audiences, creating engaging event themes and branding, and employing strategic promotional tactics to maximize attendance and engagement. Strong decision-making skills with a logical approach and the ability to react effectively. Exceptional organizational, project management, design, and financial acumen. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English. Knowledgeable in event production, including technical direction and audio-visual requirements. Resilient, adaptable, and flexible in approach. Creative, visionary thinker with experience in concept design. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Domain expertise in the travel industry or hospitality products is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
