Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with client counterparts across various departments, becoming a trusted advisor who delivers value and advocates for the agency's perspective.
  • Mentor junior team members and direct reports, empowering them to reach their full potential.
  • Lead and shape the strategic direction for your assigned accounts.
  • Manage branding projects and ABM campaigns, overseeing strategy, creative development, content creation, campaign execution, and results tracking.
  • Identify opportunities within client businesses to maximize our value proposition and drive account growth.
  • Take ownership of overall account performance and ensure flawless delivery across all projects.
  • Immerse yourself in the key dynamics, strategies, and drivers of your clients' businesses.
  • Inspire the creative team with compelling briefs, brainstorming sessions, and engaging workshop facilitation.
  • Manage client expectations effectively, consistently deliver exceptional service, and actively solicit and respond to client feedback.
  • Oversee the profitability of your client accounts, ensuring projects and campaigns are delivered within budget.
  • Stay informed about current B2B marketing trends and industry developments, sharing insights with the team.
Who We Seek
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a strategic director role within a B2B agency environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach with a passion for driving client success.
