Recognizing that 31% of women will experience reproductive health issues at some stage, our research endeavors to expedite diagnosis through advanced at-home testing and specialized gynecological care. We customize pathways to align with individual reproductive objectives, whether exploring ovarian health, fertility options, or overall hormonal wellness, including confirming conditions like PCOS.

Currently, we offer screenings for 18 prevalent pathologies that may affect fertility and identify potential gynecological cancers. Our ultimate goal is to reshape perceptions surrounding reproductive health, both personally and professionally, while empowering women to proactively monitor their reproductive wellness. We are championing what we call the Reproductive Revolution.

Role Overview

As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the marketing function, collaborating closely with various departments. Thriving in a high-growth startup environment requires resilience and a solution-oriented mindset; you will proactively identify challenges and contribute to effective solutions. Engaging with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization will be essential to achieving your goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic B2B Marketing Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aimed at expanding the sales pipeline, nurturing existing partnerships, and capturing new opportunities.
  • Target Market Identification: Define and develop target industries, personas, and company profiles for precise targeting.
  • Brand Development: Enhance and solidify the brand proposition within the target market, ensuring uniformity of the B2B brand across all customer-facing materials and platforms.
  • Content Creation: Produce relevant and thought-provoking content that distinguishes Hertility in the corporate benefits arena.
  • Campaign Management: Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to broaden the network of potential clients, delivering high-quality marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) for the sales team; oversee the entire campaign lifecycle from execution to analysis.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and execute B2B events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside various departments, including branding, CRM, social media, and design, to bolster sales enablement efforts, enhance brand visibility, and facilitate growth.
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Assist in creating diverse materials that support client acquisition and retention, such as buying guides, whitepapers, case studies, and product explainers.
  • Website Enhancement: Drive continuous improvements to the presentation of B2B services on the company website to boost conversion rates.
  • Account-Based Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and implement a robust account-based marketing strategy to generate leads and convert target sectors, accounts, and individuals.
  • Performance Reporting: Act as the primary contact for all B2B marketing updates, reporting on return on investment (ROI) and top-of-funnel activities, while regularly optimizing campaigns to enhance ROI.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage and report on the B2B marketing budget, tracking expenditures and collaborating with the finance team.
  • Client Onboarding Support: Assist in the launch of new clients alongside the sales team and monitor success metrics.
  • Thought Leadership Development: Position the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) as a thought leader through public speaking engagements.
  • Client and Partnership Engagement: Collaborate closely with the Strategic Corporate Partner Manager to engage B2B clients, brokers, and intermediaries to drive quality referrals and promote Hertility's services.
  • Project Management: Independently manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • HubSpot Optimization: Maintain and enhance HubSpot to drive efficiencies in marketing operations.
  • Process Improvement: Develop more efficient methods for documenting B2B marketing activities and strategies, utilizing tools like Notion boards and Miro boards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a managerial capacity and/or within a startup context.
  • Event planning and marketing experience is advantageous.
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (including Canva, HubSpot, and LinkedIn).
  • Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
