About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Velo, a leading B2B marketing agency based in London Bridge. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading client relationships, developing growth strategies, and delivering profitable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, understanding their business objectives and developing strategies to meet their needs.
  • Develop Growth Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement growth strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to secure new clients.
  • Deliver Profitable Results: Manage multiple budgets, milestones, and projects to deliver profitable results and meet client expectations.
  • Manage Client Expectations: Handle client queries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, production, and digital teams, to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and Present Proposals: Develop and present proposals to secure new business and grow existing client relationships.
  • Manage and Develop Team Members: Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a senior account management role, with a proven track record of delivering profitable results.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing team members.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client business objectives and develop strategies to meet their needs.
