Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Formulate and execute the B2B marketing strategy aimed at expanding the sales pipeline, nurturing existing partnerships, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Target Market Identification: Develop and define target industries, personas, and company profiles for effective outreach.
  • Brand Development: Enhance and solidify the brand proposition within the target market, ensuring uniformity across all customer-facing materials.
  • Content Creation: Produce relevant and thought-provoking content that distinguishes Hertility in the corporate benefits arena.
  • Campaign Management: Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to broaden the network of potential clients, delivering high-quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for the sales team.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage B2B events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside various departments, including branding, CRM, social media, and design, to support sales enablement and enhance brand visibility.
  • Marketing Collateral: Assist in creating diverse marketing materials to support client acquisition and retention, such as guides, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Website Enhancement: Drive improvements to the presentation of B2B services on the company website to increase conversion rates.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and implement a robust account-based marketing strategy to generate leads and convert targeted sectors.
  • Performance Reporting: Act as the primary contact for all B2B marketing updates, reporting on return on investment (ROI) and top-of-funnel activities.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage and report on the B2B marketing budget, tracking expenditures and collaborating with the finance team.
  • Client Launch Assistance: Support the introduction of new clients alongside the sales team and monitor success metrics.
  • Thought Leadership: Position the Chief Commercial Officer as a thought leader through public speaking engagements.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with the Strategic Corporate Partner Manager to engage B2B clients and drive quality referrals.
  • Project Management: Independently manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • HubSpot Optimization: Maintain and enhance HubSpot to improve marketing operations efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Develop more efficient methods for recording B2B marketing activities and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a managerial capacity and/or within a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with event planning and marketing is advantageous.
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
