Role Purpose:

The Operations Sales Team Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and to drive sales growth across our retail estate. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and will be able to analyze data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and to drive sales growth across our retail estate.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and to increase customer engagement.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers receive a high-quality experience through our retail channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze data to inform business decisions and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and to reduce costs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are met.

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
