About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our Customer and Retail Care department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth across our retail estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Operational Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Build Relationships with Retailers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners to promote our products and services, and drive sales growth.
  • Plan and Implement Sales Campaigns: Design and execute sales campaigns to maximize returns to good causes and drive customer engagement.
  • Conduct Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze team performance and implement improvements to optimize sales and customer service.
  • Develop and Implement Continuous Improvement Plans: Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to enhance sales and operational processes.
  • Ensure Departmental KPIs are Achieved: Oversee the achievement of departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) and make adjustments as needed.
  • Manage and Resolve Complaints: Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating them as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales Management: Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with retailers and customers.
  • Ability to Analyze Data: Ability to analyze data to inform sales and operational decisions.
  • Knowledge of CRM Solutions: Familiarity with CRM solutions, such as SAP or ONYX.
  • Experience in Outbound Sales: Experience in outbound sales environments, including the use of dialer technology.
