- Build Relationships with retailers to promote our lottery products and influence positive change in their advocacy.
- Develop and Implement campaigns to deliver maximum benefit to good causes and customer operations.
- Conduct Performance Analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize team performance.
- Manage and Resolve Complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating them where necessary.
- Collaborate with the Retail Team to maximize opportunities for sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Experience in Managing a Team with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build strong relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to Analyze and Interpret Data to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.
- Knowledge of CRM Solutions and experience working in an outbound sales environment.
