The Role:

  1. Customer and Retail Care Department: We deliver exceptional service to our UK consumers and retailers, meeting or exceeding service performance targets.
  2. Operational Sales Team: Our team makes outbound calls to Retailers, engaging and building relationships to support game launches, product availability, and responsible retailing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth and In-Store Standards: We focus on growing Retailer sales, building engagement, and ensuring compliance with our in-store standards.
  2. Team Performance and Productivity: We monitor team performance and implement improvements to maximize returns to good causes.
  3. Continuous Improvement: We drive plans to increase sales and manage operational processes and working practices.
  4. Complaint Resolution: We manage and resolve complaints, escalating them when necessary and implementing improvement actions.
  5. Service Reviews: We assist with presenting service reviews to internal stakeholders and clients, working together to increase sales.
  6. Team Coaching: We guide and coach the team to maximize sales per terminal.
