Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries, converting them into profitable orders that drive revenue growth.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise product mix and profit margins, contributing to the company's revenue and profit goals.
  • Follow up on quotes persistently to ensure high conversion rates, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and data in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the company's revenue and profit goals, with daily performance tracking and analysis.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, whether in a telephone-based or field-based role, with a strong track record of exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent phone selling skills, with the ability to actively listen, engage, and build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales best practices, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with technical or complex information, particularly in the trailer parts industry, is a plus, but not required.

Benefits

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE £48-£53K)
