Unlock Your Potential as a Sales Manager for Kardex AutoStore

We are expanding our AutoStore team and seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive the growth of our automated storage solutions in the UK. As a passionate sales professional with a background in automated storage, intralogistics, or warehouse handling equipment, you will be responsible for developing the pipeline of sales for our AutoStore solutions and leveraging your commercial skills to grow a business from start-up to established success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop opportunities for AutoStore projects, leveraging your expertise in automated storage solutions.
  • Sell AutoStore solutions, leading the sales phase from acquisition to contract negotiation and closing the deal.
  • Create optimal solutions that deliver customer benefit and value for Kardex.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
  • An experienced individual with a proven track record of managing complex solution sales, ideally within automated intralogistics solutions.
  • An enthusiastic and outgoing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative nature, with the ability to establish effective working relationships and lead sales projects across functions and borders.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work in a start-up environment and drive results-oriented sales.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or technical engineering, preferred.
  • Frequent travel and overnight stays, including international assignments.
