We are expanding our AutoStore team and seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive the growth of our automated storage solutions in the UK. As a passionate sales professional with a background in automated storage, intralogistics, or warehouse handling equipment, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of sales for our AutoStore solutions and leveraging your commercial skills to grow a business from start-up to established success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop opportunities for AutoStore projects, leveraging your expertise to create optimal solutions that deliver customer value and benefit for Kardex.
  • Sell AutoStore solutions, leading the sales phase from acquisition to contract negotiation and closing deals, while fostering strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish effective working relationships and drive sales projects across borders.
Your Ideal Profile
  • Proven experience in managing complex solution sales, ideally within automated intralogistics solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, with the ability to work in a start-up environment and drive results-oriented sales initiatives.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or technical engineering preferred.
  • Ability to travel frequently, including international overnight stays.
